The Adventures of Jojo website (adventuresofjojo.com) is run by NS Tech Global Consulting LLC, Clearwater, Florida, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle and why. Our Children's Privacy Notice explains how we protect children.

The short version

• We do not collect personal information from children.
• There are no accounts, ads, chat or third-party trackers.
• Game progress is stored only in your own browser.
• We only receive personal information when a grown-up chooses to contact us, or to join our parent newsletter once it opens.

Information we collect

From parents and other adults, only if you choose: your email address if you join the parent newsletter, and your name, email and message if you contact us.

Automatically: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website.

Stored on your device, not sent to us: game progress, settings and your time-of-day choice are saved in your browser's local storage. You can clear them on the Parents page or in your browser settings.

How we use information

To answer messages, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the website running safely. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics), and MailerLite (newsletter, only after it opens). They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and ask us to access or delete information you gave us by contacting us.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
